When Insurance Companies Push Back, We Push Harder.
At Chatenka & Vannatta, we represent injured individuals across Florida who refuse to be minimized, dismissed, or underpaid. We take on the insurance companies, so you don’t have to.
Fighting for You.
Chatenka & Vannatta has been built on treating clients the way we would like to be treated. We pride ourselves on providing top notch legal advice, consistently communicating with our clients, and fighting to get our clients the best resolution under the circumstances.
Insurance companies and large corporations have teams of defense attorneys and employees trained to protect profits by unfairly and unreasonably devaluing an injured client’s claim. We use our experience, legal expertise, and resources to combat these strategies that try to limit our clients’ recoveries. From the first consultation through resolution, our goal is to maximize our client’s recovery while making the process as easy and stress free as possible.
With over 45 years of combined legal practice, R. Timothy Vannatta and Aaron Chatenka have the knowledge and experience to maximize each client’s recovery. Mr. Vannatta is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Civil Trial law and has had numerous seven figure trial verdicts and settlements. Mr. Chatenka brings a disciplined case strategy and aggressive negotiation tactics that have resulted in millions recovered over his career for clients. This combination of strengths positions the firm to aggressively represent each client no matter who is on the other side of a claim.
