Partner R. Timothy Vannatta is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law, a distinction earned by fewer than 1% of Florida attorneys. With decades of courtroom experience, he has tried more than 50 jury trials and resolved numerous seven-figure cases. Tim began his legal career as prosecutor in Palm Beach County, Florida. He then spent the next several years representing doctors, hospitals, and corporations giving him invaluable insight into how complex injury cases are defended and how to overcome those defenses. He handles high-stakes and complex personal injury matters, including auto and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, negligent security, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and other serious claims.
